SANA YOGA

TRANSFORM YOURSELF

Our signature class. Taught in the Sumits yoga style, this all-levels hot yoga class is  detoxifying, strengthening, and relaxing – delivering the physical workout you want, and the mind, body and soul connection you crave. Let the heat melt away your stress and the music engage you in realizing the transformational power of the connection between breath and movement.

Offered in a 50, 60, and 80 minute formats

HOT PILATES

FEED YOUR INNER FIRE

This class combines tabata-style Low Impact, High Intensity Interval workout (HIIT cardio) with pilates abdominal work principles to create a well-rounded workout that uses the entire body.

Pilates Sculpt – weights and bands optional

FLOW

BREATHE. MOVE. GLOW

A flow / vinyasa style class focuses onbreath-synchronized movement. The poses in each class will focus on each inhale and each exhale and will flow continuously from one movement to another – challenging for seasoned yogis yet welcoming for beginners and yogis of all levels. Sequence varies at teacher discretion.

ASHTANGA

LEARN TO BEND NOT BREAK

Yoga Ashtanga Short Form is a specialized sequence of asanas (postures) based on the dynamic linking of rhythmic breath and flowing movement. The benefits of this style of yoga are increased strength, flexibility, and inner peace. This is a wonderful class to familiarize you with many of the postures that you will find in our signature classes and to advance your existing practice. Although non-heated, this practice produces intense internal heat and sweat to detoxify the entire body.

YIN YOGA​

OWN YOUR CALM

Our Yin classes teach the body to surrender allowing for soft tissue injuries to heal, muscles to release, minds to quiet and deepen physical openings. Teach your body when to be active and when to relax to increase performance, reduce stress and heal. This calming, therapeutic class promotes the effects of conscious relaxation. An opportunity to be still, relax and let go! Open to all levels. Yin Nidra a yin class with a short yoga Nidra -form of guided relaxation- session built into the end of class.
