Mojo Pelvic Health will start the first 30 minutes of class off by showing you techniques on how to activate your pelvic floor while in your SANA Yoga and hot Pilates classes.

Margaret will then lead you through a detoxifying sweaty and fun 60 minute SANA Yoga & Hot Pilates fusion class emphasizing the pelvic floor techniques you just learned

🌼Spirit animal - The Black Puma !! I looked this up for fun! A Black Puma symbolizes Grace, Protection, Beauty, Night, Magic, and Inner power I have always loved Black Pumas since I was young and they have continued to stand out more than any creature.

🌼Vision board - This year I want to continue growing in all elements physically, mentally, and spiritually. I want to continue loving others and sharing the light always !! There’s so much to come that awaits !! I’m here seeking peace and prosperity always !!

🌼Why did I become a yoga instructor -
My lovely oldest sister Christina introduced me to yoga during a hard time in my life when little did I know that I needed it the most!! I practiced for about 3 years before going through my teacher training! I mostly took all my classes from Sumits (now SANA Yoga) and the community there has become a home to me and many others!
After graduating high school, I truly was facing a battle of what I desired to do. I knew that I wanted to do something with a purpose.
I would have to say I receive the most joy when helping others and in offering love and time to those who I come in contact with.
