At Sana Yoga, we’re committed to making yoga accessible to everyone. Our Community Classes offer a deeply discounted cash drop-in rate, so even if now isn’t the right time for a membership or class package, there’s always an affordable way to make it to your mat.

These classes are for everyone—including our valued members and class package holders—because community is at the heart of what we do.

This season , we’re inviting you to join us in giving back. When you come to a Community Class (Wednesdays 6:30pm) you have the option to “pay it forward” by covering someone else’s drop-in rate. It’s a small gesture with a big impact—helping someone in need find connection, movement, and peace.

How to Pay It Forward:
• Mention it at the front desk when you check in, and we’ll add the $10 to your total.
• Want to contribute but can’t make it to class? Email us at sanayogamemphis@gmail.com and we’ll process your donation easily.
