I am somatic practitioner and movement therapist who is passionate about bringing health and healing through movement to individuals, groups, and the community at large.

As my own relationship with movement has deepened and my body awareness has evolved, I have been able to combat aches and pains, gain mental clarity, re-connect to my intuition, build strength and resiliency, release stress, fears, and anxieties, and so much more. It has become the foundation and staple in my self-care tool kit.
